Actual handover was excellent. Communication leading up to handover could be improved. I suspect that part of this is due to Ford UK and the PDI centre not being good at giving the dealer information. Arranging final details for handover (registration index for insurance, day/time to collect) felt driven by me rather than by the dealer. A simple holding response would have put my mind at ease - nothing more detailed than 'I have your email and all is in order, just checking some of the details and will respond formally later today.'

Even know the service date was completely wrong when booked online the lady on the phone when l told her that the date was completely wrong was very helpful to correct the problem too the right date.
