Service Receptionist Richard was brilliant.Rang me once the issue was identified and the delay there would be with parts from Ford.Initially no Courtesy car free, but he found one by the afternoon.Dropped a Star as when I called I asked for the SYNC to be updated, but this is a chargeable matter even when in Warranty, despite the fact that it does not work properly without being updated.
