Extremely efficient booking in, was kept up to date with progress throughout (I like the video of my car showing me the inaccessible areas), great clear explanation of the results upon collection. Bonus of complementary valet and breakdown cover.

ease of use, fairly clear to understand and straight forward.good service and quickly repaired, good communication. only 4 stars as the complimentary valeting was not carried out, which meant the alloys still had grease on them when i collected the car. as i have just cleaned the car a few days before it was dirtier than when i dropped it off.
