I got the car I wanted, with a reasonable trade in price. The salesman, Tim was efficient in completing the deal and did not exert pressure in trying to sell add ons, which is important to me.

The hand over was very good by Harry but the waiting time was was delayed due to finance still owing on the new vehicle and my finance company would not pay for the new vehicle . This should have been done before vehicle was put up for sale

I booked my car for brake fluid change but the online booking didn’t specify this (or it wasn’t clear and I missed it) I had to make a follow up phone call.Very organised and helpful. Easy and good service.
