I enquired about a specific car although they emailed me back they never seemed to respond to me with what I requested, asking for information that I had already sent ? They did call and tried to help and didn’t pester.

The young man George was very professional and friendly, he provided a walk round video of the car in question and sent out all the info on the vehicle, always phoned back if l phoned in so very happy as he went above and beyond that you George.

On visiting I was made welcome and there was a full range of EV's to view without pressure. Joe introduced himself and was friendly and informative about the car. Along with the test drive which afterwards he answered my questions clearly.

This was a follow up from a Ford referral. We have a 23 reg Kuga HPEV which we cannot use on Home charger until there has been a curative update to the software? Possible fire risk to battery stated - Not sure how you can cure a faulty / Short circuit battery cell with a software update - Being the second Kuga we have owned ( first one had risk of fire in engine compartment ) I feel we have lost the trust we had in Ford cars and wanted to see what the options would be for guilt electric vehicles OR another brand of Hibred. No-one came back to us except once when I was driving.
