The car wash dirty , not what I expected from a national main dealer and the windscreen had a bullet hole that had been repaired , not in the main line of sight but never the less distracting . Test drive was good , lets us have an hour ..the car was over priced compared to comparable cars ....apparently listed price is final ...walked away from the deal

purchased car on Saturday 16th May, purchased Gard-X as well as other products, had been dealing with Frankie and made her aware of a few stone chips and was given Premia Solutions contact details, they have advised that it is not and is stated in the T&C's to state this. has emailed Frankie since and she has advised customer to purchase a touch up pen and they will reimburse when the customer had requested it be cancelled. also raised the issue of floor mats advertised and it doesn't have them, was then advised to purchase them and they will reimburse, customer then wanting this is writing. Wanting the MDP either discounted by 50% or refunded in full.

I enquired regarding a Ford Puma and was expecting a call back ( i had an email from your sales saying they would call) but i had no call . This was extremely disappointing as the car was what i was looking for and i was in a position to purchase. I have since gone elsewhere

Initial enquiry was excellently handled and communicated. My situation was I currently spend £700 a month on a car and was interested in what a different cars monthly's could go down to. However, as soon as I said that the quote in combination with the part exchange wasn't where I wanted my next car price to be Ive heard nothing since.

Excellent experience with Lookers Ford, Chloe could not do enough for us. Had a problem with my driving licence ( still old school paper licence) Chloe soon sorted it. And arranged 2 cars for us to test drive. We asked about a time limit for test drive was told no limit

On Friday 1st May I booked an appointment with the Used car sales dept of Ford Colchester for Saturday2nd May at 9 am . I made arrangements to travel Colchester from London . After making the arrangements with the sales person and discussing the car which was priced at £21300 on Autotrader at the time of the appointment, I was then extremely shocked to see the price of the car ( a 2024 Ford Kuga reg EJ74SYP ) had been out up to £21900. I was ready to negotiate to buy this car but I had no option but to cancel my appointment and complaint to the dealership. I was told by one person was put up by an algo as a result of me looking at it and I was told by another person the price was adjusted higher by head office. Both these excuses fall short of excusing bait and switch pricing tactics which are illegal in UK. I am absolutely disgusted by this and as a result I cancelled by appointment and will source a car elsewhere. I also believe this practice should be reported to Trading Standards as it falls short of professional conduct.
