On the way to my appointment for my MOT I had an accident which I thought would mean my test wouldn't be able to go ahead due to the front wing being almost touching the wheel. I explained this to the service staff and Andy came to look at the damage. With my agreement he was able to pull the wing away which meant that, after he consulted with one of the MOT testers on site, my test was able to take place. It passed with a clean bill of health, I'm glad to say. First class service from Andy in particular and the service reception staff in general.

Meeting up with Francesca again who organised our previous Kuga lease at Sudbury - she was as efficient and friendly as she was back then . Everything went smoothly and she acted quickly upon a car which met our specification which was at the factory

The member of staff who greeted me and then, once I was collecting my car, was dealing with me, was very friendly, patient and informative. He was happy to address all my concerns and was able to advise. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that my visit was treated as post-sales check. Excellent service!
