Was made to sit and wait for nearly half an hour meaning I didn’t have a lot of time to test drive the car, I felt like nobody was looking at me and was only treated with dignity once I’d come back from the test drive.

23-09 seen a deal for a vehicle, cust searched the call centre and spoke to Ben, the cust advised him of the vehicle. The cust was advised the offer wasnt available and he was advised of the cost of the car. The cust then received a quotation and they have been in communication regarding the deal. Cust gave all the info and then this morning he has had an email Ford Leasing have rejected the proposal, no explanation as to why. Cust feels as the deal was so good he feels like you have just rejected it.
