James Raven understood our frustration in regards to having to wait longer that we were originally advised however kept us up to date every step of the way. He answered all our questions and was very patient with my delayed responses when he was trying to collate all the forms and documents required for the hand over. I have been to see James since collecting my car and had further questions, he was on his break at the time but made a point of coming straight out to help so again Thank you.
