Matt was brilliant dealing with the motability vehicle. There was a longer than expected delay in the delivery of the vehicle but Matt kept us updated all the way.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, extremely happy with my purchase!

Generally my experience was very good but there was one bitter pill. I spent £25,000 on a car and £20 was added to my bill for fuel. Surely there is enough margin to put at least a quarter of a tank full in a new car. The last time I bought a new car, which was not that many years ago, it came with a FULL tank. On the way home I filled the tank and it cost £60, because the indicator was almost on empty.£50 is only 0.2% of £25,000. Worth thinking about for good customer relations.
