Matt from Lookers Ford did a fantastic job at getting me into a new vehicle despite the world around us making it a difficult time for selling. Although it was all done over the phone, I felt included in all decisions and where there had been delays with the build, Matt was quick to keep me informed. Very grateful for the service and now loving my new ST-Line Focus. Worth the wait.
