We were very well looked after by Richard, Alan, and Charlie at Lookers, from viewing the used cars on the forecourt to buying the car of our choice. Throughout the process all our questions were patiently and professionally answered to ensure we were happy with our choice. They made the whole procedure as stress free as possible. On collection of the car Alan set-up my phone so I could use it handsfree. After a few days of driving, I phoned the Richard to say I had forgotten how to set-up some of the features and he invited me back to talk me through each operation and helped me set them up. I am an older driver and was very impressed with the way all three salesmen dealt with all our queries patiently and respectfuly. Thanks to them we are the proud owners of a car that will be a pleasure to drive and we have been reassured that should we need any further assistance all we have to do is lift the phone or call in.

Very pro active in contacting me, send a video of car, persistent with ringing me. Unfortunately I didn`t like the part/ X valuation and also there wasn`t as much spec in it as my current vehicle.

I've meet many car salesmen over the past 40 years and I have to say James Raven stands out as by far the best.
