James Raven kept in touch during the long wait for the vehicle and has been very helpful with the handover of the new vehicle even sending me short video messages I would have no hesitation about entrusting him with my negotiations in future. On another matter which i am sure Lookers are not responsible for it took almost a month to get the vehicle from Dagenham to Colchester and dissapointing that there is not a proper owners Guide to the vehicle Thank you Brian Bayley
