The whole sales team were all excellent in their dealings with me,The actual sales manager though was allways too busy to speak to me and didn’t get back to me on the phone which was frustrating.😩 Every one else was excellent.😀

The sales person I had the pleasure of dealing with was Ben Hastings. he was very helpful and friendly. I originally showed interest in the car over auto trader as i live over 100 miles away and Ben was very helpful as he arranged a phone call with me and also sent me a video of the car telling me all the information i needed to know and help me see that the millage on the car was completely genuine. i entered a finance agreement and was offered a competitive price for my previous car. i was very happy with looker and with Ben would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality car and good quality service. the after sale treatment has been brilliant as well as i had a small issue with the engine management light which turned out to be nothing but lookers did their best to try and solve the problem and said I could take the car to any garage that handles the RAC warranties as i previously stated I am over 100 miles from the dealership

My car developed a serious fault days before I was due take delivery of the new one. Everything was resolved very well, it took a while which gave me a lot of worry. My ideal resolution would have been that the service team take the old one in give me a courtesy car and work out a resolution. I don’t think your organisation gives a very joined up solution. This gives me a worry that if my new car has problems you won’t be responsive to my needs to keep mobile.
