So I was looking online to trade in my Focus, once I had shown interest in a particular car and passed on my details I was called within ten mins, although the car I looked at wasnt the one I bought. Richard the sales guy done some looking for me once I told him what I was looking for, from then on the service was fantastic, although a hiccup with the paperwork meant signing everything again due to some figures being wrong this didnt change my view on the service, I just didnt like signing the electronic way and I guess they need to be thorough with paper work their end. Once all the paper work was done my car was delivered 2 days early, that was great but my insurance wouldn't change the date so I has to buy two days worth, then only to find out o could have had 3 days free with the car, again this didnt change my view on the speedy service. Richard was very professional from start to finish and I couldn't be happier with the car :).. Great service and more so I'm up in the North so never set foot in the garage. To book my car for MOT and service it took several attempts as the system would not allow me to go any further so had to refresh. Finally competed but no confirmation screen can up so assumed that did not went through, so started again to find out it had gone through. Then booked in online but still had to book in again when got there? Why

Ben Hastings was really helpful and knew every detail about the cars and had good knowledge. This is the 3rd car he has helped me with and wouldn’t go to any other dealer. Would highly recommend him and lookers.

Very pleased with the service. Quick and simple to book online, plus a call in response to the booking to further go through details. On the day it was a simple check in, followed by the video showing what has been checked and then the follow up call for collection going through what was found in the service. Overall, very pleased.
