While your staff were good and helpfull it was ford themselves that lost you the sail not offering a hybred version in any of the models i was looking at.

I am completely satisfied with the service that I received from my sales assistant Ben Hastings. Even though my partner brought her Ecosport St Line the week before, Ben was still thorough on going through the Paint protection etc.. Again any questions that I had, he would explain thoroughly. The video is a good idea but there was too much background noise in the workshop and this spoilt the audio experience.

I waited for my vehicle to be worked on at my own request and I was looked after by the staff impeccably.. I was given all information on my vehicle, I was looked after very well, being given tea or coffee through my wait. Very friendly staff, pleasant surroundings and comfortable chairs with reading magazines at hand. I was 100% Satisfied with my treatment. Thank you. Mr L J Plcton
