Booked MOT online, received a call telling me an appointment while I waited was not available on the day I booked, so given another date. Then received another call to say the new time was not appropriate, needed to arrive earlier. All OK in the end but took a time to get it sorted.

I have complained several times that you overdo the communication regarding forth coming appointments e.g. mot and service. For the service which took place on 7th March, I received three phone calls, three emails and two texts. Too many! Other than that your reception team, particularly Lee Rumsby were brilliant and the service and price were excellent.
