Very happy with Lookers. Delivery from Ford factory to Ford Dagenham was ok. But Dagenham to Lookers just 60miles seems rather hit and miss. Feel sorry for sales rep that had keep saying not this this week

It was odd doing a test drive on my own especially as this was the first time I’d driven an automatic. As I made it clear that I did not need insurance or finance it seems completely unnecessary that your representative was still obliged to present me with details of these options.

Better Communication on the day of the health check would have been appreciated. I had to phone several times during the afternoon to ascertain when the car would be ready for collection.
