We would like to personally thank BEN HASTINGS for his excellent service, attention to detail and all round personable and friendly attitude. He made test-driving and buying the new car really easy and was very flexible when we had to change out plans due to family issues. While your staff were good and helpfull it was ford themselves that lost you the sail not offering a hybred version in any of the models i was looking at.

I am completely satisfied with the service that I received from my sales assistant Ben Hastings.Even though my partner brought her Ecosport St Line the week before, Ben was still thorough on going through the Paint protection etc.. Again any questions that I had, he would explain thoroughly. I was not pressured in anyway to purchase anything extra. He is very professional & a great guy.I will definitely contact Ben when I’m ready to upgrade!!Cheers Ben 👍😎
