TJ was friendly and super helpful. Explained everything really well and made the experience of looking for another car stress free. I decided that I wanted a smaller vehicle in the end which is why I hadn’t stayed with Ford.

Booked MOT online, received a call telling me an appointment while I waited was not available on the day I booked, so given another date. Then received another call to say the new time was not appropriate, needed to arrive earlier. All OK in the end but took a time to get it sorted.

There was definitely more room in the car park this year now the van sales has moved. Normally it has always been a nightmare to find a space to park.
