Very happy with Lookers. Delivery from Ford factory to Ford Dagenham was ok. But Dagenham to Lookers just 60miles seems rather hit and miss. Feel sorry for sales rep that had keep saying not this this week

During the very long period between ordering the vehicle and delivery (no fault of the dealership) I was kept updated with the status of the car on a regular basis which was reassuring.
