It was odd doing a test drive on my own especially as this was the first time I’d driven an automatic.As I made it clear that I did not need insurance or finance it seems completely unnecessary that your representative was still obliged to present me with details of these options.

Better Communication on the day of the health check would have been appreciated. I had to phone several times during the afternoon to ascertain when the car would be ready for collection.

Harry who was at the desk was excellent. He got me a loan car. Kept me informed on what they had to do. And when I picked up my car explained everything what they had done. It could not have been better. Many thanks to Ford Colchester.

Since my last visit the parking has greatly improved and there were plenty of available spaces which is always a good start. Excellent service as always. Friendly helpful staff. Well done everybody!
