Needed to be out on time as had most important meetingTold service member of staff Jackie she is absolutely fabulous a star in the makingShe put herself out to deliver on promiseI have used lookers for years & never ever had member of staff give a level of customer service like this unbelievableShe earns her wages from what I saw& if I book a vehicle in want her to be in charge as delivered top servicePs deserves a pay rise me thinks?
