I asked for it to be ready for pickup at 4.30 and by 2.30 I had heard nothing so I rang and asked only to be told that they were not aware of this but I had specifically asked for this when I booked it in and had an email confirming this.

Not all that happy that I did not receive my 20% loyalty discount on the service. Was told that the service fee was already a discounted rate. What is the purpose of the loyalty programme then?

The sales guy that I was dealing with was very courteous and proffesional. What I dont appreaciate is the manager wandering over with the whole 'we dont normally do this but' type chat. Its unnessecary, undermines the sales guy and looks idiotic. Further reinforced my decision to talk away from the offer to be honest.

I had my MOT last week, they arranged for a quick turnaround as I walk with two stick's, I asked if they could have it ready before 2pm and I can only think seeing that I have a problem walking had the job done quickly as the car was ready for collection by 11am which showed me a kind thoughtful member of staff.
