I was very impressed with all the depts for which my vehicle had to go through. Secondly very impressed with ford's bumper scheme to pay off in 2 parts. Also Lee Rumsby the service agent couldn't be more helpful.

Both Natalie Kooyman and Chris English went above and beyond what would normally be expected - both super helpful and knowledgeable not just with the reason that my vehicle was with Lookers but also with assistance in connection with other issues (body damage previously incurred and unconnected with my visit).
