Very helpful and efficient. Questions answered very well in person. Emails replied to promptly (occasionally a bit less clearly). Very helpful especially coming out to us to sign forms and bringing the car to us as I was recovering after being in hospital. Particularly kind to do this during the pandemic.

Excellent service from when we walked on to the forecourt. James Payne was very knowledgeable about all the cars we asked about. The short video showing the Fiesta's exterior & interior was a great added touch. Once we decided to buy the fiesta James made it stress free & easy to follow by explaining each stage. I would definitely recommend Lookers to anyone wanting to purchase a car in the future.

Sales rep was knowledgeable about the car and was not pushy in any way. Listened to how I wanted to purchase the car rather than trying to persuade me to use low payment option. Answered all my questions. Not aware of Ford company servicing plans which can be bought up front and should be offered by dealerships. Also not aware of VISTA process which is really important on a privilege sale as this is needed in future to secure discounts on parts and accessories.

VERY GOOD SERVICE IT WAS NICE TO COME TO WELCOME PLACE THE PERSON WHO SOLD ME THE CAR WAS A GOOD SALESMAN AND TOLD ME EVERY THING AND HAD ALL THE PAPER WORK DONE ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU
