Had nothing but a good experience all my needs were dealt with very professionally by Emma glazier she answered all my questions and was very informative about the car i had selected. i must point out i live in Ipswich but the local ford dealers were severely lacking in the qualities shown by lookers of Colchester. i am very pleased with the focus i chose and happy with the service i received .you couldnt of done any better

I received excellent service from my 1st enquiry to picking the car up. James was really nice and easy to get on with and he listened to what I actually wanted and delivered. Everything was explained and my questions were answered when I had them. I would highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.
