I was very impressed with the way I was treated and given relevant information regarding the possibility of changing my car. If there is one thing I would like to Understand is why would I buy a New car that would be In fact almost 6 months old because it would be registered for the previous 6 months and that doesn’t seem appropriate surely everyone would want aNew car at the next registration date . And the price Should Not Be affected

Whilst I did not purchase a vehicle, the service from Lookers was first class.

I enquired about a specific car although they emailed me back they never seemed to respond to me with what I requested, asking for information that I had already sent ? They did call and tried to help and didn’t pester.

The young man George was very professional and friendly, he provided a walk round video of the car in question and sent out all the info on the vehicle, always phoned back if l phoned in so very happy as he went above and beyond that you George.
