Was told when booked that work would take 3-4 hours so planned my morning around this and the work only took a hour, this seriously needs to be looked at, as I arranged my whole day around what I was told.

The lady was lovely and kind. She helped me with all the questions I needed, went above and beyond. When doing the paper work she helped me go through it to understand bit by bit as I don’t understand bits which was needed to be done.

Very efficient and helpful throughout the process. The car was serviced quicker than expected and the courtesy car was great!

It was really simple and quick to do. The whole service was perfect from booking to pick up. Found it very simple to drop vehicle on Friday night and pick up on Saturday. Cost very reasonable and you get road side assistance for 12 months as well.

Frankie was extremely professional and friendly, she had a very good knowledge of the range we were interested in and followed up our visit with telephone calls and e-mails.

The booking system did not seem capable of booking a service and an MOT test, I could only choose one or the other. I was not able to choose the day I wanted and had to follow up with a phone call to change the date. Very good communication, kept well informed at all times.

They need to be a bit more customisable as it focuses on services and MOT rather than repairs including warranty. It can be a bit muddled. Really pleased with the service. There was a delay in getting on the road again as there was a part needed for a repair but they kept me informed and allowed me to use a courtesy car. The only issue is communication, as they don't always call back if someone is unavailable and you do end up having to chase up.
