Calling dealership to make appointment. While helpful and polite, I had to point out that the gentlemen spoke rather fast and over the phone made it difficult to hear all he was saying. I pointed this out and he kindly slowed his search down an made it much easier to listen.

On the way to my appointment for my MOT I had an accident which I thought would mean my test wouldn't be able to go ahead due to the front wing being almost touching the wheel. I explained this to the service staff and Andy came to look at the damage. With my agreement he was able to pull the wing away which meant that, after he consulted with one of the MOT testers on site, my test was able to take place. It passed with a clean bill of health, I'm glad to say. First class service from Andy in particular and the service reception staff in general.
