I had a really great experience at Ford Colchester and very helpful staff. I'd like to see the contact centre side of things be a bit more 'joined up'. By that I mean I was offered to come in around 8.30am and in the end was just after 9.00am but was told that I could have come in at 7.00am which was never offered to me. This would increase the likelihood of an earlier completion time which was also not explained. I know this is a challenge with a centralised call centre but this is what could take your service to a new level and above that of most other companies.
