Service from Mitch was brilliant. He was very informative and was helpful with all aspects. Any problems that arose he went above and beyond to help with. We have found a few problems with the paint work but again Mitch has been a great help in getting it sorted for us as soon as possible.

I have explained this in an earlier comment The process was ok, but when booking a service online, i expect to complete it online and not have to email/telephone/go into the dealer personally, especially when i have supplied all the details in an online form.
