I would rate the reception and service staff interaction on the phone and at the dealership as 5 stars and outstanding.A star is lost because I had to take the car back after the first visit because a secondary fault had been introduced during the repair - trim removal to fix the quarter window mechanism successfully) had caused the seat belt to snag on the speaker during re-assembly resulting in a sticky inertia reel mechanism which was slow to retract. The second visit was handled promptly and efficiently.
