Alan and ollie was brilliant we had a problem with the Finance and they reassured us that everything would be fine.. they are that good that we bought two cars instead of one ( I fell in love with my car) but was only shopping for husband car.!

the full service took about 2 and a half hours, the waiting room was very comfortable and there is free coffee, tea etc. I received a full video after my appointment of my car which was great. I was served by lovely staff too.
