The booking system did not seem capable of booking a service and an MOT test, I could only choose one or the other. I was not able to choose the day I wanted and had to follow up with a phone call to change the date.Very good communication, kept well informed at all times.

They need to be a bit more customisable as it focuses on services and MOT rather than repairs including warranty. It can be a bit muddled.Really pleased with the service. There was a delay in getting on the road again as there was a part needed for a repair but they kept me informed and allowed me to use a courtesy car. The only issue is communication, as they don't always call back if someone is unavailable and you do end up having to chase up.
