I had a Wonderful experience buying a new(to me) car from Alan.C. At no point did i feel pressured to buy a car, i was treated with respect and kindness through out the process. My English is not great and Alan was very patient and polite. The car seems great so far but i have only driven it about 20 miles. I look forward to buying from Alan in the future.

Booking the MOT online was not straightforward and was then told that my chosen date was not available after it was listed as an option. This is obviously a centralized system so will book direct with Lookers Colchester next time. The online check-in was easy to use. I have only used you once so far for an MOT on my Custom, but the job was dealt with professionally and reasonably quickly whilst I waited for the completion. Will book with you for the next service later in the year.
