The customer facing members of staff were extremely pleasant an helpful, they were even able to arrange a courtesy car for me last minute over night due to living so far from the garage. This being said I was quoted wrong for potentially having 2 tyres installed. The car was also returned to me unwashed when i requested it to be when asked at drop off. I wouldn't have minded but they had my car for 2 days so I'm sure someone had 10 minutes to ensure it was returned to me well.

Very efficient

Fast turn around in reception at both drop off and collection. Friendly staff. Updates on progress and call to collect. Courtesy car available quickly with offer of familiarisation with controls plus was clean inside and out. Only reasons for not giving 5 stars were that the courtesy car was practically out of fuel (60 miles to empty) and my car didn't get cleaned (don't expect it, but it's always a plus if it's done).
