Ollie was really helpful.We were under the impression that we were going to collect the vehicle at 4pm yesterday ( Tuesday) and then when we arrived we were told it was not going to be until the Thursday!Ollie sorted it all out so we could process the paperwork and take it on the day.He explained things clearly and concisely and was friendly and knowledgeable.
