I booked a time and date online and it was confirmed, but then someone rang to say there had been a mistake and the time and date had to be rearranged. That was OK but I could just have rung in the first place.Everything went to plan and I got my vehicle back on time and cleaned! Thank you

Great easy to use online services. Only thing can improve on is waiting area with complimentary snacks and better coffee machine and larger seating area. The location of the service centre isn't great as far from town so therefore think the waiting area needs to be better and more accomodating.Really friendly staff and very good communication throughout
