I contacted Ford Lookers in Colchester to enquire about a new Kuga. My first point of contact was Mitchell. He was very professional and booked me a test drive at my preferred time. After the test drive and discussions about our options, we decided to purchase a new Kuga. I was very impressed with Mitchell's friendly and professional manner. He went above and beyond to please us as customers. He was also very good with our kid's and they soon felt at home watching TV in the lounge and helping themselves to drinks. I've been put off by customer service before but not this time. I should also thank Craig for his assistance in getting the paperwork completed. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Well done team. Timely reminder of up pending service and MOT. Lack of courtesy car despite conforming to lead time of the service notification alert. Reception was fast and efficient . The site was much cleaner than in recent years . The service was carried out thoroughly ( brake adjustment was spot on ). The MOT observations were accurate and thorough . Complimentary vehicle wash was a welcome extra. Overall a professional performance. Only minus . Not enough courtesy cars available .
