Booking the MOT online was not straightforward and was then told that my chosen date was not available after it was listed as an option. This is obviously a centralized system so will book direct with Lookers Colchester next time. The online check-in was easy to use.I have only used you once so far for an MOT on my Custom, but the job was dealt with professionally and reasonably quickly whilst I waited for the completion.Will book with you for the next service later in the year.

The customer facing members of staff were extremely pleasant an helpful, they were even able to arrange a courtesy car for me last minute over night due to living so far from the garage. This being said I was quoted wrong for potentially having 2 tyres installed. The car was also returned to me unwashed when i requested it to be when asked at drop off. I wouldn't have minded but they had my car for 2 days so I'm sure someone had 10 minutes to ensure it was returned to me well.
