Fast turn around in reception at both drop off and collection. Friendly staff. Updates on progress and call to collect. Courtesy car available quickly with offer of familiarisation with controls plus was clean inside and out.Only reasons for not giving 5 stars were that the courtesy car was practically out of fuel (60 miles to empty) and my car didn't get cleaned (don't expect it, but it's always a plus if it's done).
