Others may find it useful but for me the online check-in holds little value. I live near to the service centre and drop my car off there as soon as it opens, so there is no waiting to be seen by the staff Prompt, courteous service that kept me informed of the progress of the work being carried out on my vehicle

Overall the service was excellent. The only issue I had was the car arriving way too soon and the expense of the deposit pretty much writing us off financially over xmas, the eta was supposed to be end of January/February. James at the dealers was very good, easy to talk to and kept me informed throughout the whole process, so thank you
