Easy to use. I have my car serviced every year by Lookers for two main reasons, 1 I purchased the car new from Lookers so I feel they should be the ones to keep it running well. 2 As a single person I like that the service includes breakdown cover as well. The only thing I feel is that the service cost is very expensive when I only do about 3000 miles a year.

Got a message a couple of days before and booked in online. A short while after dropping car in got another message taking me to a site that kept me updated on the progress Sorted the car out in the time span quoted

Hi I am talking about Colchester branch as a customer I have been loyal unfortunately I haven't been very well this year there is a gentleman called Lee position 5 he has been absolutely brilliant 👏 wish all staff were like him for.your company he is a Treasure without him I would Not come to you Lee Thankyou respect
