I liked being able to track the work being done.Reception staff were fantastic and the work was carried out really well. Only issue is that I was told the car would need to be with you all day so I made arrangements for transportation to and from work that day. After dropping the car off, I had barely made it to work when I was notified that the car was ready to pick up. If I had known it would be that fast I would have sat and waited at your office and saved on transportation to work.

it was a very good experience.francesca was amazing through the whole experience from when i first walked in to start my scheme to collection.she was very friendly helpful & professionalThe showroom was very welcoming.i didn’t ever have to wait to be seen. i was greeted as soon as i entered each time.i would definitely recommend thank you very much

Do not have a computer only iPhone with small screen. Makes it difficult for me to read.Good friendly service, very obliging. No hassle when I needed to change the booking date. Excellent drinks vending machine! Unable to comment on mechanic as never met him/her

I’ve always used Lookers for my PCP’s and loved every car and always had a positive experience. I very rarely have an issue to overcome but if anything ever arose, I’m always well looked after and helped.

Riadh Dhahak took care of everything, nothing was too much and he made the whole hand over very easy for me.
