Absolutely Sterling customer service from seeing the vehicle online and reserving it, through to driving it off the forecourt the following day. Alan was incredibly knowledgable and helpful, giving my wife and I all the relevant information and options, whilst giving us time and space to assess which ones worked best for us. We felt that our experience was very firmly customer focussed and - even though we are 70 miles away - we would definitely buy from them in the future, as well as recommending Alan to our friends and family. I had a waiting appointment and was given a quiet room to wait in which was out of the way and comfortable to spend the time waiting for a major service and mot to be done. The reception staff were very helpful at the same time too.
