I was given the time and space to look at the vehicles on display. There was a brief enquiry from staff as to whether I needed any help and when I did require assistance, it was provided. All staff were courteous and friendly. I was able to test drive the vehicle I was interested in there and then which was outstanding service. The calm and pleasant atmosphere, the positive attitude of the staff and the availability of the test drive were major factors in my decision to buy from Ford. If I lived in the Colchester area, I would have chosen Lookers as my Ford dealer when I ordered my car (unfortunately, I live in North-West Wales ☹️).

Would be good to be able to get the privilige pricing and docs required identified up front in the process. Smooth from beginning to pickup ... i liked the thoroughness of the service and the video check but without there being any hard sell particularly, just logical advice.

Excellent customer service from Alan. A really nice experience from the second we walked in until we left. The car had been serviced and had an MOT which we were really pleased about. Will definitely be back in the future!
