Timely reminder of up pending service and MOT.Lack of courtesy car despite conforming to lead time of the service notification alert.Reception was fast and efficient . The site was much cleaner than in recent years .The service was carried out thoroughly ( brake adjustment was spot on ). The MOT observations were accurate and thorough .Complimentary vehicle wash was a welcome extra. Overall a professional performance.Only minus . Not enough courtesy cars available .
