Straightforward to use, and it means I can make the booking when it suits me, out of office hours. Whole process (booking, dropping off, collecting) was very efficient and ran really smoothly. Staff really helpful.

Ben Hastings was great from start to finish. Having a 4 month old baby with me I thought it was going to be a stressful experience but Ben made it easy. While looking at the car we were able to test out the car seat and did some of the paperwork over email. When picking up the car Ben went to the post office for me to sort tax which was much appreciated so I didn’t have to go with my baby in tow. Overall great service and we will be back in a few years for a newer car! Thanks so much.

It all worked fine, but the online check-in seemed an unnecessary extra step: it didn't really seem to capture much more information than could have easily been captured at the booking stage. Friendly, helpful, and did what was needed

Easy to use Booking in process was good, but MOT was full price. Wanted the car checked before the warranty expires but was told I would have to pay £97 for a something “service”. Expected this would have been complimentary as I have had with previous fords and other manufacturers
