Easy to use.I have my car serviced every year by Lookers for two main reasons, 1 I purchased the car new from Lookers so I feel they should be the ones to keep it running well. 2 As a single person I like that the service includes breakdown cover as well. The only thing I feel is that the service cost is very expensive when I only do about 3000 miles a year.

Got a message a couple of days before and booked in online. A short while after dropping car in got another message taking me to a site that kept me updated on the progressSorted the car out in the time span quoted

Smooth handover, no issues but disappointed after spending so much money on the car that the fuel tank was not full.

Fantastic service by James Raven. He has sold us two Ford cars before and we are very impressed with his professionalism, and approach. It is unfortunate that in this instance he was unable to locate a car in a more reasonable price range.
