I have used the online booking before and the centre changed the work done. On this occasion the booking system worked although the centre phoned and I had to repeat what I ticked and recorded on the booking system (a service). Ford were timely and done an excellent job on my service. All work was completed as advertised, including the complimentary wash & vac. Staff were very friendly and informative.
