Excellent service

The whole process worked very well and the staff were very helpful. As mentioned previous, first time I have used the while you wait service which I was very happy with and worked really well, and it allowed me to go out and get breakfast a short walk away. I have always had a service plan but did not renew it last year because I was not happy having to leave the car there for the day, then having to return to pick it up, usually very late in the day, from a very difficult location for me to access and had seriously considered going elsewhere. Very pleased the lady who initially contacted me offered this option. First time I have used the while you wait service that was offered and that worked extremely well, on time and very helpful staff. The service centre, for me, is in a very difficult location if I leave it there for the day and return to pick it up which is usually late afternoon and a five mile journey and a pain on public transport, or walking

Really simple online check in process with e-mail confirmation. All the information I needed for the day was clear and easy to understand. - You contacted me to book my car in, which saved me having to remember to call you. - Very flexible on dates/times that car could be booked in for. - All staff I came into contact with were extremely polite and professional. - Quick and easy drop off process. - Pre-booked courtesy car was ready and waiting for me. - Courtesy car was clean and pleasant. - Health check video was good and informative. - Service was done quicker than expected. I was able to collect my vehicle at lunch time rather than at the end of the day as expected.
