Andy the tall chap with the beard at the customer desk went above and beyond to accommodate myself and the needs of my severely autistic teenage son. He book in a repair for the next day, despite me randomly turning up without an appt at the service centre, due to me being very stressed at the time. He arranged to collect my car from my hm address the next day so it could be repaired and then dropped it back off at my home address the very same day. He was an absolute legend.As for the older maturer lady who always sits at the end desk near the drinks vending machine. I found her obnoxious, butting in my conversation, giving me the incorrect detail when I turned up a second time, pre-arranged by Andy and not customer friendly. It was apparent she clearly had issues with our presence, due to her dismissive tone towards me and her overall attitude. She could do with a training course on diversity and inclusion!Thank you Andy for making our experience at the service dealership for my severely autistic son and a very stressed mum, friendly and stress free.
