The whole experience of buying a new Ford Puma through James Raven and the whole Lookers team was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from them or recommend them to friends and family. You were very helpful. Initially I ordered my car in October. I wanted a Fiesta automatic but due to no availability and the Fiesta being discontinued I settled for a Puma. In the meantime I had a knee replacement operation and I have found all staff I dealt with extremely helpful.

Ben was excellent, I stay Perth so distance buying and he was excellent. Wasn’t viable to sell me a service plan due to location. He took time and returned calls and emails when he said he would. All admins d paperwork completed in a timely manner. Due to my location he could have declined but was really so pleasant to deal with. Excellent car too and we had searched high and low for the right one. Great PCP rates too. Really delighted thank you.
