It was very good, but the overall experience is not as good as it was due to Lookers no longer offering the service of car collection and return.

I would have given 5 star rating if my car would have been washed after the MOT and servicing. That is something I think was missing, as generally my other car always gets a complimentary wash and vac after servicing. Otherwise, there is nothing I could complain about.
