Please do not assume people wish to be addressed by their first name, it is unprofessional. It would be better to offer a choice to avoid unintentional offense.

I'm unable to answer a couple of questions because my car was acquired via Motorbility scheme. The sales agent that helped me through the process was excellent. James Raven was always quick to find out any information I needed. He always got back to me as quickly as he could if he wasn't available when I phoned the dealership. He was polite and helpful and had good knowledge about the options I had available. Overall I was very pleased.

I brought my car through Richard Holman and he was incredible, from start to finish. Explained everything clearly and was not shy on answering question that I had! He made sure that I was looked after. He was a pleasure to make a deal with and when the times comes I’ll definitely be asking for him with my next purchase!

Our salesman was Ben Hastings a top bloke answered all our questions and at no time was he pushing us to buy the car it was a very laid back sale really and if I was buying another car or a family member or friend was thinking About buying a Ford I would tell them to come and see Ben Hastings like I said a top bloke thanks for all the help

Hi I did message Richard but I haven't heard from him yet as when I got home I noticed that one of the wheels has been curbed which was disappointing as I was told that the car was in excellent condition

Long wait for my new car once the order was complete. Other than that it was a good experience.
